Sego Nutali

Sego is a tertiary antagonist in Scarlet River. He's an elderly music instructor that has been a pillar of the community for decades. He lost his family three months ago after his wife suffered a psychotic break and murdered their children, then herself. Ever since, Sego turned into a recluse. People rarely see him, and Osmond Piano Services has been closed for business ever since.
