Cities in Dust can manipulate spoke as desired by S.Z. Banshee.

Blanket of Cinders

During the battle against MCM, Cities in Dust gained a sub-ability, Blanket of Cinders. The ability allows Banshee to ignite any smoke under the influence of his Stand. This exposes the enveloped area to extreme heat.
